Returns

In the event that you are not satisfied with the Cosmo Products purchased exclusively from the website, please contact our Customer Service at +94773322565 (WhatsApp).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method:

• Card payments (Pay Here): refunded within 7–14 business days depending on your bank.

• Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bank transfer. You will need to provide your bank account details. Processing takes 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees paid at the time of order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
