By accessing or using the cosmocosmetics.lk website and placing orders through our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and customers of Cosmo Cosmetics Sri Lanka. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting.

Cosmo Cosmetics is the authorised distributor of Cosmo luxury cosmetics in Sri Lanka. All products listed on this website are 100% authentic, sourced directly from the manufacturer through official supply channels.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen colour differences. We make every effort to accurately represent product colours, sizes, and packaging.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance — your order is accepted when it is dispatched.

Prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and card payments via PayHere (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).

In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing to offer the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, card issuer, or payment gateway. Please contact your bank if your payment is declined.

We deliver island wide across Sri Lanka. Delivery times vary by district: Colombo Metro (1–2 business days), Major Cities (2–3 business days), Remote Districts (3–5 business days).

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your district. Free delivery promotions are applied automatically when eligible.

Cosmo cosmetics is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to courier delays, natural disasters, public holidays, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage within 24 hours.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, contact our team via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

Products returned due to our error (wrong item, damaged in transit) will be fully refunded including shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. COD refunds are made via bank transfer.

We cannot accept returns on opened cosmetics, perfumes, or skincare products due to hygiene and safety regulations, unless the product is faulty.

To access certain features, you may register for an account. You must provide accurate, complete information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You must verify your email address before logging in. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or provide false information.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design elements are the property of Cosmo Cosmetics or its licensors and are protected by Sri Lankan and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission from Cosmo Cosmetics.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmo Cosmetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
